Team Prabowo: The Jokowi Team Has Complete Devices for Offensive Playing
siaran id. Jakarta - Chairman of Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin's National Campaign Team (TKN), Erick Thohir, said his side would now play in an offensive or attacking mode. According to a spokesman for the National Winning Body (BPN) Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno, Suhud Alynudin, the Jokowi camp has a complete device to play attacking.
"What is meant by the offensive? If you want to fight slander, it should be easy for Mr. Jokowi because he has a complete device to catch the culprit," Suhud said when asked for a response on Friday (12/12/2018).
But Suhud actually saw the incumbent's side want to build the impression that Jokowi was a victim. The PKS politician considered that there was no strategy played to show Jokowi's success.
"What seems to be actually they want to build the impression of Pak Jokowi as a victim of slander compared to campaigning for Pak Jokowi as a successful President of Indonesia," explained Suhud.
Erick previously said that so far their camp was more often defensive. In fact, according to him, so far the reporting of Jokowi-Ma'ruf is not true.
According to Suhud, the report addressed to Jokowi was a criticism. Supposedly, he continued, the criticism was responded positively.
"But the government also should not be anti-criticized. No matter how hard the criticism delivered by the people, do not be addressed negatively. Criticism in the realm of democracy is normal," he said.
Erick mentioned the case of the e-KTP in the East Jakarta area which was linked to Jokowi's stronghold. He said TKN had nothing to do, but it was as if blamed.
"It's the same now, the issue of e-KTP is always cornered by us again. Lo, we have explained the issue of e-KTP, there is a role, let the police, this party, this one has nothing to do with TKN," Erick told reporters at Acacia Hotel, Salemba, Central Jakarta, Thursday (13/12).
